Customer Support and Training

We offer 24 hour, 365 days per year support for all our customers. We continually strive to improve the level of support that we offer. For example, our latest initiative is to assign a Lead Technician to every project and during the final stages of commissioning we assign a second technician to the project.

The goal is to always have a technician available that is familiar with the system and can provide the level of support that our customers expect. We train customers to the extent that they want to learn. We can provide training on the job site or in our office which has a fully interactive training board with on-line controllers and end-devices. All of our manufacturers also offer factory based training – which can be provided to any customer.
